Privacy Policy

INNOVATIVE CONNECTING PTE. LIMITED (“we,” “us” or “our”) provides Turbo Cleanup for Android (turbo.ai.phone.storage.free.cleaner) and this website. This policy explains our information practices and your choices.
Your media and detailed usage records for other apps stay on your device. Turbo Cleanup analytics and crash diagnostics are sent to Firebase after consent. No account is required.
1. Information processed on your device
With your permission, Turbo Cleanup reads authorized photos, videos, thumbnails and metadata such as size, date, format and duration. It uses them to identify duplicate, similar or blurry photos, organize media, show previews and compress videos. Limited access restricts scanning to the items you authorize.
Media content, local analysis, installed-app inventory and detailed per-app network usage are not uploaded. The app reads storage totals and keeps local scan results, selections and task records. Summary task measurements are sent as analytics, as described below.
With Android Usage Access, the app reads installed-app names, icons and identifiers and mobile-data and Wi-Fi statistics for the past 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. It can open an app’s Android settings and check whether Turbo VPN is installed when you open its promotional link. Turbo Cleanup provides no cloud media backup or recovery.
2. Analytics and crash diagnostics
After your consent, Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics collect information to measure feature use, diagnose errors and improve reliability:
- Identifiers: App-instance identifier, Android Advertising ID where available, and ANDROID_ID.
- Device and installation information: App and operating-system versions, device information, language, store channel, installation source, time since first use and days since installation.
- Country and connection information: SIM and network country codes and technical connection information. Country codes are not precise GPS location.
- App activity: Launches, screen views, feature and notification interactions, and media, Usage Access and notification permission states.
- Task measurements: Scan and cleanup categories, item counts, estimated and actual byte totals, original and compressed video sizes, duration, status and failure reasons.
Crash reports include installation identifiers, app and device information, crash traces and diagnostics; interaction events may appear as crash breadcrumbs. These reports and analytics exclude media content and other apps’ detailed usage records. See Firebase’s privacy information and Google’s Privacy Policy.
3. Support messages and this website
When you email us, we receive your address, message and attachments. The app’s feedback email includes app and operating-system versions, language, and SIM and network country codes. Review or edit these before sending, and avoid unnecessary sensitive information.
This website sends your IP address and request headers to its hosting service to load pages. It does not embed Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics, set analytics cookies or access local media. Contact links open your email app; they do not send messages automatically.
4. Permissions and notifications
- Media or storage: Enables scanning, previews and processing. Controls vary by Android version, including selected-media access on Android 14 and later.
- Usage Access: Enables app network-usage statistics; it is not required for cleanup or compression.
- Notifications: Optional local scan and compression updates. This version does not use Firebase Cloud Messaging.
- Deletion: Follows your confirmation and any additional authorization required by Android.
Change permissions and notifications in Android settings. Denying access limits the related feature. Without notifications, scanning and compression still work, but you may need to keep the app open to follow progress.
5. Why we use information
We use information to provide features and task updates, improve performance, investigate crashes, respond to requests, protect service security and meet legal obligations.
Where a legal basis is required, we rely on consent for analytics and diagnostics, our agreement for requested services, legitimate interests for necessary support and security where permitted, and applicable legal obligations. Accepting the Terms of Use does not replace separate consent required by law.
6. Sharing and third-party services
Google processes analytics and diagnostics through Firebase; email providers process support correspondence. We may disclose information we hold to meet legal requirements or protect rights, safety and service security. Any business transfer remains subject to applicable law and required notice.
We do not sell personal information or display third-party advertising during early access. Promotional links may open Turbo VPN or app-store pages, whose own terms and policies apply. Turbo Cleanup itself does not provide a VPN connection.
7. International processing and security
Firebase and support information may be processed outside your country where providers operate, with safeguards required by applicable law.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transmission to Firebase. No system is completely secure; protect your device and review files before deleting or sharing them.
8. Retention and deletion
We keep personal information only as needed for the purposes in this policy and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it, subject to provider deletion processes.
Android’s app-storage controls or uninstalling can remove local app records. Media and completed compressed copies remain separately managed in your gallery or file manager. Canceling compression removes unfinished output and leaves the original unchanged.
Uninstalling does not delete analytics, diagnostics or correspondence already received. Contact us to request deletion. We may need limited verification and identifying information; without an account, some installation records cannot be linked to your email. We will explain any limitation or legally required retention.
9. Your choices and rights
Manage permissions, notifications and the Advertising ID through Android, and review deletion selections in the app. These controls do not erase information already received.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or complain to a data-protection authority. Contact us to exercise your rights. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. We respond as required by law and explain applicable exceptions.
Cleanup suggestions do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.
10. Children’s privacy
Turbo Cleanup is a general-purpose utility, not specifically designed for children. Contact us if a child has provided personal information without legally required consent so we can investigate and act.
11. Changes to this policy
Updates will show a new “Last updated” date. We provide notice or obtain fresh consent where required; a policy update alone does not authorize collection requiring consent.
12. Contact us
For privacy questions, consent withdrawal or data requests, contact INNOVATIVE CONNECTING PTE. LIMITED. Identify Turbo Cleanup and your request without sending passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
