1. About the service

Turbo Cleanup helps you review and remove media, identify duplicate, similar or blurry photos, compress videos, and view app network usage. Media and detailed app-usage processing stay on your device; no account is required.

Features depend on your device, permissions, formats and available storage. This version supports Android 7 and later and is not offered in mainland China, Hong Kong or Macau.

Early-access features are free, with no paid VIP or subscription service. Future paid offers require disclosed prices and terms before purchase; these Terms do not authorize automatic future charges. Carrier or internet charges may apply.

2. Cleanup suggestions and deletion

Classifications and “Best” labels are suggestions, not guarantees. Some suggested items are selected by default; review selections and previews before confirming deletion.

Originals are never silently deleted. Removal follows your confirmation and any Android confirmation. The app checks file availability and access, excludes invalid items, updates estimates and counts only successful deletions.

Deletion may be permanent and may sync through your gallery or cloud service. Recovery depends on those services and your backups; Turbo Cleanup has no backup, trash or recovery service. Back up important media first.

3. Video compression

Compression saves a new copy without overwriting the original. Only after successful saving can you separately confirm removal of the original; review the new copy first.

Quality, resolution, format or compatibility may change. Savings are estimates. Unsupported, damaged, protected or optimized files may not compress, and tasks can fail because of storage, permissions or system restrictions. Canceling removes unfinished output and preserves the original.

This version runs one compression task at a time. Background operation depends on Android settings. Notifications are optional; keep the app open as directed when they are unavailable.

4. App Usage and storage figures

With Android Usage Access, App Usage displays available mobile-data and Wi-Fi statistics for the past 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Manage opens Android settings; it does not change, stop or uninstall another app.

Figures may differ from carrier records and are not billing statements. Storage totals come from Android; potential savings are estimates and actual space depends on successful operations and system behavior. Keeping both video copies uses space for both.

5. Permissions and privacy

Media access, Usage Access and notifications are separate controls. Limited or revoked access restricts the related feature. Our Privacy Policy explains local processing, Firebase analytics and diagnostics, support messages and your choices.

6. License and acceptable use

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for lawful personal use under these Terms. You retain ownership of your media; the app, website, software and branding belong to us or our licensors. Third-party software may have separate license notices.

Process only files you are authorized to access or modify. Do not violate others’ rights, bypass access or media protections, distribute malware, disrupt the service or unlawfully copy the app. Reverse-engineering restrictions apply only where lawful and do not override statutory rights.

7. Third-party services

Android settings, email, sharing, Google Play and promotional destinations such as Turbo VPN operate under their own terms and privacy policies. You choose whether to use them; destinations may change or become unavailable. A Turbo VPN link does not itself provide VPN protection.

8. Changes and ending use

We may update features or these Terms for service, technical or legal reasons. Material changes receive notice and acceptance where required and do not remove accrued rights.

Access may be restricted or discontinued for a material breach, security, legal compliance or service operation, subject to law and required notice. You may stop using or uninstall the app at any time. Uninstalling neither restores deleted media nor deletes information already received; see the Privacy Policy for requests.

9. Responsibility and liability

We do not guarantee correct classifications, successful processing, specific savings or uninterrupted operation. Maintain backups and review results before deleting files.

Where lawful, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”; we exclude permitted implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential losses.

These limits do not cover fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Mandatory consumer rights, remedies and guarantees remain intact.

10. Disputes and general provisions

Contact us to seek resolution of a complaint. You retain access to competent courts, regulators and applicable dispute processes; these Terms impose no mandatory arbitration or collective-action waiver.

Mandatory protections in your place of residence apply. An unenforceable provision does not invalidate the remainder, and not enforcing a provision once does not waive later enforcement.
